*NEWS_April_2014 Raccoons having been forced to adapt to their surroundings are really starting to like City Life. Once in a nice warm setup it's hard to get them to leave.

If you were a Female Raccoon and you had a choice between:

a Tree or Dirt Den

  The Attic of a: heated in the winter air conditioned in the summer of a House or $$$$$$ Mansion which one would you choose?
Well of course the Raccoons are going to pick the Mansion. You try Raising 10 Kids in a Damn Tree.

Then Raccoons graduated to garden and driving sheds,  and barns.
It was the warmth and seclusion of the chimney that drew her in. 

I'm sure it was a woman raccoon that figured out they could make a great home for themselves in your attic.

Trust me a Female Raccoon can always spot the best houses. They like Lots of room for the Kids (baby raccoons) to run around all night long.

ONCE SHE FINDS A HOUSE SHE LIKES JUST CLIMBS UP THE SIDE OF YOUR HOUSE USING YOUR EVES TROUGH. OR

RACCOONS WILL CLIMB THE HYDRO, TELEPHONE POLE OR TREE NEXT TO THE HOUSE IF HIGH ENOUGH AND JUMP ON TO THE ROOF

The female raccoons of today really have no clue how their relatives did it in the trees.

The babies screaming right your ears. It's a very high screeching cry that gets louder the hungrier they get. It makes sense that allot of first time mommy raccoons ate their young back then.

Now when the babies start screaming and she's had enough she just goes out hunting and leaves the screaming raccoon babies for your wife and kids to listen to. That's when we get called:
